Hallan (pronounced Alan) was born in Brazil.  He moved to Connecticut when he was 15 and has lived here all his adult life. Hallan attended Sacred Heart University. He advanced through various management positions in the auto industry with dealerships representing Hyundai, Lexus, Mitsubishi and Infiniti and Toyota.

Hallan likes Harley Davidson motorcycles, fast cars and boats and Brazilian soccer.
